    摘要:

    预应力碳纤维板加固作为兴起的主动加固技术,充分利用碳纤维高强、高弹材料特性,有效地改善了结构构件变形,提高了结构的承载能力。本文结合工程实例介绍了针对柳州欧维姆机械股份有限公司开发生产的成品预应力碳纤维板产品加固T梁桥的施工工艺及关键要点,工程实践表明该加固施工方法有效,施工工艺简便,周期短,对桥面交通影响小,成本经济,可为同类梁桥预应力碳纤维板加固的设计、施工提供参考。

    Abstract:

    As a new active reinforcement technology, prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement makes full use of the high strength and high elastic properties of carbon fiber, which can effectively improve the deformation of structural members and increase the bearing capacity of structures. This paper introduces the construction technology and key points of strengthening T-beam bridge with finished prestressed carbon fiber plate products developed and produced by Liuzhou Overem Machinery Co., LTD. The engineering practice shows that the strengthening construction method is effective, the construction process is simple, the period is short, the impact on the bridge floor traffic is small, the cost is economical, and it can be used for the design and construction of prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement of similar beam Bridges Provide reference.
