    摘要:

    通过对五种不同情况下的环氧喷涂钢绞线张拉强度对比试验分析,研究环氧喷涂钢绞线表面油脂对其与水泥砂浆握裹力的影响。经过试验研究表明:环氧喷涂钢绞线表面油脂对其水泥砂浆握裹力有一定影响,表面油脂较多的钢绞线握裹力较差,而表面油脂清洗干净的钢绞线握裹力较好;在无粘结预应力筋张拉的实际过程中,应该将环氧钢绞线表面油脂清洗干净,以免影响无粘结预应力的张拉性能。

    Abstract:

    The influence of surface grease on the binding force of epoxy sprayed steel strand and cement mortar was studied by comparing the tensile strength of epoxy sprayed steel strand under five different conditions. The experimental results show that the surface grease of epoxy sprayed steel strand has a certain effect on the binding force of cement mortar. The steel strand with more grease on the surface has a poor binding force, while the steel strand with clean grease on the surface has a better binding force. In the actual process of unbonded prestressing tendons, the surface grease of epoxy steel strand should be cleaned to avoid affecting the tensile properties of unbonded prestressing tendons.
