    摘要:

    本文结合旧桥维修工程实例,介绍了中承式钢管混凝土拱桥吊杆更换中柔性临时兜吊系统的选型、体系组成及各构件设计要点,并通过有限元程序进行计算验证。另外,重点介绍了临时兜吊系统相关安装及施工工艺,经工程实践证明该柔性临时兜吊系统安全有效地实现了吊杆更换。同时该实践可为同类桥型吊杆更换和同类型临时兜吊系统的设计、施工提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, the selection, composition and main design points of flexible temporary hoisting system in the suspension rod replacement of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge are introduced, and the calculation and verification are carried out by finite element program. In addition, the related installation and construction technology of the temporary hoisting system are introduced, and the engineering practice proves that the flexible temporary hoisting system realizes the boom replacement safely and effectively. At the same time, the practice can provide reference for the replacement of similar bridge derrick and the design and construction of the same type temporary hoisting system.
