    摘要:

    随着现代大跨度斜拉桥的发展,钢绞线斜拉索采用现场制索,具有无需大型制索、运输、吊装和张拉牵引设备、拉索的整体防护性能优越等优势,已越来越受到设计者的青睐。钢绞线斜拉索作为斜拉桥的承重构件,堪称斜拉桥的生命索,其可靠性是决定斜拉桥安全可靠的关键因素之一。文章主要介绍了OVM250钢绞线斜拉索体系设计改进过程中对拉索锚固系统的可靠性研究,通过有效提高拉索锚具组件的疲劳性能的设计手段,对拉索锚固单元进行优化设计,保证拉索锚具组件的安全可靠,通过OVM250-139拉索锚具组件的疲劳试验,进一步验证了OVM250钢绞线拉索体系优异的抗疲劳性能。

    Abstract:

    With the development of modern long-span cable-stayed Bridges, the on-site cable-stayed cable of steel strand has been more and more favored by designers because of its advantages such as no need for large cable-making, transportation, hoisting and tension traction equipment, and superior overall protective performance of the cable. As a load-bearing component of cable-stayed bridge, the steel strand cable-stayed cable is called the life cable of cable-stayed bridge, and its reliability is one of the key factors to determine the safety and reliability of cable-stayed bridge. This paper mainly introduces the reliability research of cable anchoring system in the process of design and improvement of OVM250 steel strand cable system. Through the design means of effectively improving the fatigue performance of cable anchoring assembly, the optimal design of cable anchoring unit is carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of cable anchoring assembly. The fatigue test of OVM250-139 cable anchoring assembly is further conducted The excellent fatigue resistance of OVM250 steel strand cable system was verified.
