    摘要:

    缆载吊机是大型悬索桥主梁架设的专用设备,横向扁担梁是通用型缆载吊机的主要组件。针对马鞍山长江大桥采用既有缆载吊机而设计横向扁担梁的两种方案进行比选研究,即箱型截面梁和桁架梁的对比研究。在同样的工况下,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,分别使每个方案满足强度、刚度和稳定性要求,从而对两种方案的优缺点进行分析。

    Abstract:

    Cable-borne crane is a special equipment for the erection of the main beam of large suspension bridge, and the transverse pole beam is the main component of the general cable-borne crane. In this paper, a comparative study is carried out on the two schemes of transverse flat beam design for Maanshan Yangtze River Bridge, that is, the comparison of box section beam and truss beam. Under the same working conditions, ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to make each scheme meet the requirements of strength, stiffness and stability, so as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes.
