    本文通过遵循FIB建议,分别对传统的金属波纹管孔道锚固体系、OVM.M15ZH型电绝缘型锚固体系的动态电阻值进行长期监测试验,并对OVM.M15ZH型电绝缘型锚固体系的施工工法的可操作性进行验证。试验结果表明,OVM.M15ZH型电绝缘型锚固体系的施工工法与常规锚固体系的施工工法一样方便、可靠;传统的金属波纹管孔道锚固体系的动态电阻值基本保持不变,OVM.M15ZH型电绝缘型锚固体系的动态电阻值则随着时间的推移呈上升趋势。试验结果为下一步采用OVM.M15ZH型电绝缘型锚固体系可对预应力筋受腐蚀情况进行无损监测,提供一定的参考和依据。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, long-term monitoring tests are carried out on the dynamic resistance values of the traditional metal bellows hole anchoring system and the OVM.M15ZH electrical insulation anchoring system respectively, and the operability of the construction method of OVM.M15ZH electrical insulation anchoring system is verified. The test results show that the construction method of OVM.M15ZH electrical insulation anchoring system is as convenient and reliable as that of conventional anchoring system. The dynamic resistance value of the traditional metal bellows hole anchoring system remains basically unchanged, while the dynamic resistance value of OVM.M15ZH electrical insulation anchoring system increases with the passage of time. The test results provide some reference and basis for non-destructive monitoring of the corrosion of prestressed tendons by OVM.M15ZH electrical insulation anchoring system in the next step.
