    平行钢绞线斜拉桥成桥前后一般采用单根张拉长期固定重复的拔动1、5、10…根钢绞线的索力测试的方法,经常拔动会增加张拉端夹片的咬痕位移和滑丝的可能性,影响斜拉索的安全。采用扁平整体索力检测方法,不松动夹片,提高了测试效率和准确性,增加斜拉索的安全性。索力监测采用磁通量测试方法,传感器先在工厂进行模拟标定,再在现场直接绕制,是一种无损、非接触测量方法,尤其适合成桥后的索力长期监测。本文通过夷陵长江大桥成桥后斜拉索整体索力检测和监测方案的研究与实践,探索如何安全实现成桥后斜拉索索力的检测与监测。

    Abstract:

    Parallel steel strand cable-stayed bridge before and after the bridge is generally a single tensile long-term fixed repetitive pulling 1, 5, 10... The method of testing the cable force of the steel strand, often pulling will increase the bite mark displacement of the tensioning end clip and the possibility of sliding wire, which will affect the safety of the stay cable. The flat integral cable force detection method is adopted, which does not loosen the clip, improves the test efficiency and accuracy, and increases the safety of the cable. The magnetic flux measurement method is adopted for cable force monitoring. The sensor is simulated and calibrated in the factory first, and then wound directly in the field. It is a non-destructive and non-contact measurement method, which is especially suitable for long-term monitoring of cable force after bridge completion. Based on the research and practice of the overall cable force detection and monitoring scheme of Yiling Yangtze River Bridge, this paper explores how to safely detect and monitor the cable force of the completed bridge.
