    摘要:

    放水河渡槽为目前建成的国内最大过水断面尺寸的渡槽。槽身壁薄、混凝土标号高、水化热大、绝热温升高、结构复杂。文中论述了采用混凝土内部埋设冷却水管降低水化热的措施;同时夏季施工采取骨料预冷、冰水拌合、仓面喷雾等降温措施;而冬季施工采取围挡封堵、延长拆模时间等保温措施,取得了很好的效果

    Abstract:

    The Fangshuihe aqueduct is currently the largest aqueduct in China with a water discharge cross-section size. The groove wall is thin, the concrete grade is high, the hydration heat is high, the insulation temperature increases, and the structure is complex. The article discusses the measures to reduce hydration heat by embedding cooling water pipes inside concrete; At the same time, cooling measures such as aggregate pre cooling, ice water mixing and spray on the warehouse surface shall be taken for construction in summer; During winter construction, insulation measures such as blocking and extending the time for formwork removal were taken, achieving good results
