    摘要:

    开发带永久锚具的预应力芳纶纤维布加固技术,给出带永久锚具的预应力芳纶纤维布加固混凝土受弯构件的施工工艺,进行预应力芳纶纤维布的应力松弛损失试验研究,进行预应力芳纶纤维布加固混凝土梁的受弯、受剪及疲劳性能试验研究,进行温度对芳纶纤维布配套黏结材料的力学性能影响试验研究。试验结果表明,带永久锚具的预应力芳纶纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁与未加固的基准梁相比,开裂荷载显著提高,屈服荷载、极限荷载、疲劳寿命及开裂后的抗弯刚度明显提高;使用环境温度在60℃以下时,芳纶纤维布的配套树脂胶与底胶的黏结强度不会发生软化现象。试验研究及分析表明,带永久锚具的预应力芳纶纤维布加固技术可显著改善混凝土受弯构件使用阶段的力学性能。

    Abstract:

    The reinforcement technology of prestressed aramid fiber cloth with permanent anchorage is developed, the construction technology of concrete flexural members reinforced by prestressed aramid fiber cloth with permanent anchorage is given, the stress relaxation loss test research of prestressed aramid fiber cloth is carried out, the bending, shear and fatigue performance test research of prestressed aramid fiber cloth reinforced concrete beam is carried out, and the temperature bonding of aramid fiber cloth is carried out Experimental study on the influence of mechanical properties of materials. The test results show that the cracking load, yield load, ultimate load, fatigue life and flexural stiffness of the prestressed aramid fiber reinforced concrete beam with permanent anchorage are significantly increased compared with the unreinforced reference beam. When the ambient temperature is below 60℃, the bonding strength of the matching resin adhesive and the base adhesive of the aramid fiber cloth will not soften. The experimental research and analysis show that the reinforcement technology of prestressed arylon fiber cloth with permanent anchorage can significantly improve the mechanical properties of concrete flexural members in the use stage.
