    斜拉桥在国内建设越来越多,随着斜拉索使用年限到来,为了延长桥梁的使用寿命,需要对斜拉索进行更换。本文着重介绍柳州壶西大桥的斜拉索更换施工技术。该桥为预应力混凝土独塔双索面斜拉桥,跨径2×120米。斜拉桥上部结构为板梁式结构,两边对称布置26对扇形拉索,共104根。换索施工过程包括:旧索放张,拆除;新索安装、张拉;新索锚固区域防腐;施工测量(索力、标高、位移)

    Abstract:

    More and more cable-stayed bridges are being constructed in China. With the arrival of the service life of the cables, in order to extend the service life of the bridge, it is necessary to replace the cables. This article focuses on the replacement construction technology of stay cables for the Huxi Bridge in Liuzhou. This bridge is a prestressed concrete single tower double cable plane cable-stayed bridge with a span of 2 × 120 meters. The upper structure of the cable-stayed bridge is a plate beam structure, with 26 pairs of fan-shaped cables symmetrically arranged on both sides, totaling 104. The construction process of cable replacement includes: tensioning and dismantling of old cables; Installation and tensioning of new cables; Corrosion prevention in the anchoring area of Xinsuo; Construction measurement (cable force, elevation, displacement)
