    中洲大桥整联现浇箱梁支架采用钢管贝雷梁柱式结构,施工需要解决支架体系的设计、验算以及施工要点。实际采用12米跨贝雷拼装简支梁结构,双排管桩中支墩,振动锤打设管桩,在受力分析基础上确定贝雷梁布置方式,并在对支架进行预压和观测的基础上提出加强措施。实践证明支架的设计与施工可行

    Abstract:

    The cast-in-place box girder support of Zhongzhou Bridge adopts a steel pipe Bailey beam column structure, and the construction needs to address the design, verification, and key construction points of the support system. In practice, a 12 meter span Bailey assembled simply supported beam structure is used, with double row pipe piles supporting the middle pier and vibration hammering to set up pipe piles. Based on the stress analysis, the arrangement of Bailey beams is determined, and strengthening measures are proposed based on the pre compression and observation of the support. Practice has proven that the design and construction of supports are feasible
