    缆索和预应力筋是桥梁结构中的重要组件,及时监控监测它们在施工和运营期间的受力状态极其重要。基于磁弹效应测量原理的磁通量传感器,可有效地测量缆索和预应力筋的应力,是一种新的无损检测技术。文中对磁通量传感器的原理和性能进行了详细的研究,包括测量公式、温度影响、缆索构件自身影响和密封防水性能等。磁通量传感器使用时,不需要了解构件的加载历史和使用情况,通过感应构件的磁特性变化测量应力,可用于新制的桥梁缆索、既有桥梁缆索和预应力筋,对既有桥梁缆索需要现场绕制传感器。文中对磁通量传感器应用于实际工程如湛江海湾桥斜拉索监测、南宁葫芦顶桥体内预应力监测和宜宾长江大桥斜拉索施工和运营监控监测等进行了介绍

    Abstract:

    Cable and prestressed steel bars are important components in bridge structures, and timely monitoring and monitoring of their stress state during construction and operation is extremely important. A magnetic flux sensor based on the principle of magnetoelastic effect measurement can effectively measure the stress of cables and prestressed tendons, and is a new non-destructive testing technology. The principle and performance of magnetic flux sensors were studied in detail in the article, including measurement formulas, temperature effects, the influence of cable components themselves, and sealing and waterproofing performance. When using magnetic flux sensors, it is not necessary to understand the loading history and usage of the components. By sensing the changes in magnetic properties of the components, stress can be measured, which can be used for newly made bridge cables, existing bridge cables, and prestressed tendons. For existing bridge cables, on-site winding of sensors is required. The article introduces the application of magnetic flux sensors in practical engineering projects such as monitoring the stay cables of Zhanjiang Bay Bridge, monitoring the internal prestressing force of Nanning Huludang Bridge, and monitoring the construction and operation of stay cables of Yibin Yangtze River Bridge
