    体外预应力技术主要用于桥梁和其他结构形式的建筑,随着体外预应力结构性能、体外预应力钢索的防腐问题、锚具的锚固性能、抗疲劳性能及施工工艺简单化和降低工程成本等各方面问题的不断解决,促进了体外预应力在混凝土结构的发展。OVM.T15-25体外预应力体系是一种单根换索式的体外预应力体系。本文结合苏通大桥B2标上部结构75m跨节段式连续箱梁预制悬挂拼装施工工艺,谈谈OVM.T15-25体外预应力体系在该工程中的应用

    Abstract:

    Extracorporeal prestressing technology is mainly used in bridges and other structural forms of construction, with the structural performance of extracorporeal prestressing, the corrosion problem of extracorporeal prestressing steel cables, the anchorage performance of the anchorage, fatigue resistance, and construction process simplicity and reduce the cost of the project and so on the various aspects of the problems are solved constantly, promote the development of extracorporeal prestressing in concrete structures. ovm.t15-25 extracorporeal prestressing system is a kind of single OVM.T15-25 extracorporeal prestressing system is a kind of single cable-exchange extracorporeal prestressing system. This paper talks about the application of OVM.T15-25 extracorporeal prestressing system in the project by combining the construction process of prefabricated suspension assembly of 75m span segmental continuous box girder for the superstructure of Sutong Bridge B2.
