    压力分散型预应力锚索由于单元间长度不同,在相同张拉力条件下各单元的应力状态存在差异,另外受挤压区岩体变形(锚头位移)和张拉设备等因素的影响,相对于拉力型锚索各锚索单元也易产生应力差异,当差异较大时,易造成个别单元应力超限或破坏,影响锚固效率和加固体安全。因此,施工中结合边坡岩体特性和张拉设备条件探讨科学的张拉工艺是压力分散型预应力锚索施工中的重要环节。文章以山东省某高速公路压力分散型锚索张拉施工为实例,通过对压力分散型锚索几种张拉方法的单元受力状态分析和同—三高速公路山东青岛段K14+600 ̄950边坡工程检验成果,提出了压力分散型锚索先差异荷张拉后超荷载张拉的两序张拉工艺方法。为类似工程提供一定借鉴经验。

    Abstract:

    Due to the different lengths between units, the stress state of each unit in the pressure dispersed prestressed anchor cable varies under the same tensioning force. In addition, due to factors such as rock deformation (anchor head displacement) in the compression zone and tensioning equipment, stress differences are also prone to occur in each anchor cable unit compared to the tension type anchor cable. When the difference is significant, it is easy to cause individual unit stress to exceed the limit or fail, affecting anchoring efficiency and solid safety. Therefore, exploring scientific tensioning techniques based on the characteristics of slope rock mass and tensioning equipment conditions during construction is an important link in the construction of pressure dispersed prestressed anchor cables. The article takes the tensioning construction of pressure dispersed anchor cables on a certain highway in Shandong Province as an example, and proposes a two-stage tensioning process method of pressure dispersed anchor cables, which involves differential load tensioning followed by overload tensioning, by analyzing the unit stress state of several tensioning methods of pressure dispersed anchor cables and the inspection results of the K14+600~950 slope engineering of the Qingdao section of the Tongsan Expressway in Shandong. Provide certain reference experience for similar projects.
