In this paper, by introducing the successful application process of pressure-dispersed anchor cable in the slope reinforcement of Changhun First Class Highway, it is clarified that the use of pressure-dispersed anchor cable, supplemented by the second splitting grouting technology, solves the problem of the bearing capacity of the anchor cable under the soft rock layer and complex geological conditions.
