    摘要:

    碳纤维增强复合(CFRP)筋具有轻质、高强、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳等优异性能,非常适合制作桥梁拉索用于恶劣的工作环境中。由于CFRP筋的横向强度和抗剪强度较低,用其制作拉索面临的一个关键问题是开发合适的锚固系统。文中针对直径为7mm的光圆CFRP筋研制了7丝CFRP筋粘结锚具。对研制成功的7丝CFRP拉索,进行了静载试验,研究结果表明,研制成功的多丝CFRP拉索应力强度达2200MPa,锚具锚固效率达95%以上

    Abstract:

    Carbon fiber reinforced composite (CFRP) reinforcement has excellent properties such as light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance, which makes it very suitable for making bridge ties for use in harsh operating environments. Due to the low transverse and shear strengths of CFRP tendons, a key issue in the fabrication of cables with CFRP tendons is the development of a suitable anchorage system. In this paper, a 7-wire CFRP bar bonded anchorage was developed for 7-mm diameter round CFRP bars. The static load test was carried out on the successfully developed 7-wire CFRP ropes, and the results showed that the stress strength of the successfully developed multifilament CFRP ropes was up to 2200MPa, and the anchorage anchorage efficiency was more than 95%.
