Anchoring technology has developed rapidly and is widely used in various industries for engineering reinforcement. In order to adapt to the engineering needs, at present, hydropower, water conservancy, national defense, coal and other systems have promulgated their own anchor, anchor cable specification. Recently in the anchoring technology there are still many controversial and worth exploring the issue, this paper on the recent promulgation of "geotechnical anchors (ropes) technical regulations" (CECS22: 2005) in some of the technical provisions of the different views, in order to facilitate the readers to understand our point of view, in the provisions of the regulations is not appropriate at the same time, detailed reasons, and puts forward our point of view!
