    摘要:

    球墨铸铁一体化锚具锚固体系是在总结国内近20年来预应力筋锚具应用基础上针对无粘结预应力筋开发的专用锚具,它的特点是张拉端锚具采用球墨铸铁将垫板与锚环一体化,材料用量少,结构紧凑,锚固可靠;固定端锚具设计为摩擦片式挤压锚,挤压锚制作方便,锚固更为可靠,其性能符合国标GB/T14370-2000的有关要求,同时也适用于2000MPa级预应力筋。此外该锚固体系的最大特点是可以完全实现预应力筋全长封闭

    Abstract:

    Ductile cast iron integrated anchorage anchorage system is a special anchorage developed for non-bonded prestressing tendons on the basis of summarizing the application of prestressing tendon anchorage in the past 20 years in China, which is characterized by the use of ductile cast iron in the tension end of the anchorage will be the integration of the pad plate and the anchor ring, the amount of material is low, the structure is compact, and the anchorage is reliable; the fixed end of the anchorage is designed as a friction piece extruded anchors, the production of extrusion anchors is convenient, and the anchorage is more reliable, and the performance meets the relevant requirements of national standard GBT143702000, and also applies to 2000MPa level prestressing tendons. Its performance meets the requirements of GB/T14370-2000, and it is also suitable for 2000MPa prestressing tendons. In addition, the biggest feature of this anchoring system is that it can realize the full-length closure of prestressing tendons.
