    摘要:

    常张高速公路20标三工区,有特、大桥4座,需预制30m预应力砼T梁420片。由于工程所处地形陡峭,沿线除桥梁工程外,均为高挖方的左、右线高差较大的分离式路基。因此合理布置预制场地和采取切实可行的梁场施工方案对于缩短工期、降低工程造价至关重要。为此,笔者结合工程实例,全面介绍了该预制场的布设方案、施工组织机构、劳动力和料具计划安排以及梁场的施工工艺与注意事项,所取得的效果,可供同类工程参考。

    Abstract:

    Changzhang Expressway 20 standard three work area, there are 4 special, bridge, need prefabricated 30m prestressed concrete T beam 420 pieces. Due to the steep terrain of the project, apart from the bridge project, the left and right lines of the high excavation are separated subgrade. Therefore, it is very important to arrange the precast site reasonably and adopt the feasible beam site construction scheme to shorten the construction period and reduce the project cost. Therefore, the author comprehensively introduces the layout scheme, construction organization, labor force and material arrangement of the prefab yard, as well as the construction technology and precautions of the beam yard, and the results obtained can be used as reference for similar projects.
