    摘要:

    天津市中心城区快速路东南半环高架桥工程中首次设计应用了体外预应力体系。文中以该桥的施工为背景, 介绍了体外预应力体系施工技术在工程中的应用,并力求通过该工程的施工,摸索出体外预应力施工工艺的流程及施工控制重点,找出体外预应力的作用和特点,并通过对箱梁混凝土的应力及应变的检测,证明了该施工工艺的可行性,为该工艺的推广提供了技术储备并奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    The external prestressing system was first designed and applied in the southeast half ring viaduct project of the express road in the central city of Tianjin. Taking the construction of the bridge as the background, This paper introduces the application of external prestressing system construction technology in the project, and strives to find out the process of external prestressing construction technology and the key points of construction control, find out the role and characteristics of external prestressing through the construction of the project, and prove the feasibility of the construction technology through the detection of the stress and strain of the box beam concrete, which provides technical reserves and lays the foundation for the promotion of the technology The foundation.
