    摘要:

    介绍移动模架造桥机(下承式)的组成,主要由模架支承系统、主梁桁架系统、模型系统和液压系统组成; 以及模架施工、内模施工、模架脱模和模架移至下一孔等施工工艺,针对施工的难点提出了对应措施;移动模架造桥机的前支点一般设于桥墩牛腿或临时支墩上,而后支点根据施工条件不同有不同的形式,对此进行了讨论。

    Abstract:

    This paper introduces the composition of the moving mold frame bridge making machine (undercarriage type), which mainly consists of the mold frame support system, main beam truss system, model system and hydraulic system. And the construction technology of mold frame construction, inner mold construction, mold frame stripping and mold frame moving to the next hole, and corresponding measures are put forward according to the construction difficulties. The front fulcrum of the moving mold frame bridge-building machine is generally located on the bull leg or temporary support pier, and the back fulcrum has different forms according to different construction conditions.
