    摘要:

    前言从流变学观点研究圆形巷道喷射混凝土支护作用机理,刘宝琛院士、陶振宇教授等人已作出了独创性的分析并得出精辟解答。理论分析和工程实践都表明岩体侧压系数λ≠1时,巷道的稳定性与轴比有关。根据喷射纤维混凝土初裂后仍然具有较大残余强度特性,本文提出把纤维混凝土作为理想弹塑性材料。根据岩体流变性质及喷射混凝土与岩体互相作用的观点,应用极限荷载方法设计椭圆形巷道喷射纤维混凝土支护厚度并给出了近似性的计算公式。最后引证工程实例获得令人满意的结果。

    Abstract:

    From the view of rheology, the mechanism of shotcrete support in circular roadway has been studied. Academician Liu Baochen and Professor Tao Zhenyu have made an original analysis and obtained a brilliant solution. Both theoretical analysis and engineering practice show that when the lateral pressure coefficient λ≠1, the stability of roadway is related to the axial ratio. According to the large residual strength characteristic of shotcrete after initial crack, this paper proposes to use fiber reinforced concrete as an ideal elastoplastic material. Based on the rheological properties of rock mass and the interaction between shotcrete and rock mass, the ultimate load method is used to design the supporting thickness of shotcrete in elliptical roadway and the approximate calculation formula is given. At last, an engineering example is cited to obtain satisfactory results.
