In bridge construction, the anti-corrosion properties and strength of the cable body are constantly improved. The epoxy coated steel strand is widely used because it meets the above requirements, and the application of epoxy coated steel strand in the cable system is more advantageous. Yibin Zhongba Bridge adopts front fulcrum hanging basket and steel strand stay cable. This paper introduces the construction process and describes the application of epoxy coated steel strand stay cable in the cable-stayed bridge.
