This paper mainly introduces the construction and test of earth anchors for Huai'an three-lane locks. In the weak soil layer and complex soil conditions, the use of decentralized compression type anchor cable structure characteristics, through the soil anchor test, modify the design, improve the construction process and other comprehensive measures to ensure that the design bearing capacity. It plays a great role in the application and development of soil anchors in the future.
