    在以往的消化池设计中多采用绕丝或低碳钢分段张拉的预应力方法。在青岛海泊河污水处理厂的4座内径28m的大型污泥消化池的设计中,为了满足耐腐蚀、抗裂(水密性和气密性)以及建立较高预压应力的要求,消化池的环向预应力首次采用无粘结预应力方案

    Abstract:

    In the previous design of digesters, the pre-stressing method of winding wire or mild steel segmental tensioning was mostly used. In the design of four large-scale sludge digesters with an inner diameter of 28 m at Qingdao Haibohe Wastewater Treatment Plant, in order to meet the requirements of corrosion resistance, crack resistance (water and air tightness) and the establishment of high pre-compressive stresses, the first time that the circular prestressing of digesters was used in an unbonded prestressing program.
