Prestressed concrete pylon is used widely in cable-stayed bridge in our country. In this paper, the finite element method is used to analyze the stress of the anchorage zone of the hollow prestressed concrete tower of the Ehuang Yangtze River Bridge. The mechanical characteristics of the structure are pointed out, and some suggestions for the design of similar structures are put forward.
