This paper introduces a new type of system for tension cables composed of parallel strand bundles arranged in the jacket pipe. Its main performance characteristics are: 1) the strand can be replaced by a single strand, but there are no special requirements for the clamping piece of the group anchor. 2) the cable can be safely and reliably anchored to the bottom of any kind of beam. 3) the protection system of the outer casing drumming into the dry air while pumping out the humid air in the tube keeps the stranded cables in a reliable condition that can be monitored and controlled. 4) the stranded cables are protected by a protective system of the outer casing, which can be used to protect the stranded cables.
