With the successful application of prestressing strand in Shenzhen City and Urumqi Airport, this technology has been popularized in our region. This paper combines the engineering practice, detailed introduction of the strand theoretical elongation value of the calculation, the actual elongation value of the measurement method and the value of the relevant considerations, in order to achieve a further understanding of the purpose of engineers and technicians.
