    摘要:

    本文介绍了我国目前跨度最大的球面网壳工程——漳州后石电厂123米直径双层球面网壳的施工技术,该工程采用小拼单元悬挑施工方案,用简易的施工机具安装巨型球面网壳工程,该施工方法技术可行、安装方便、经济合理。本文还对施工方法进行了施工内力变化的全过程跟踪分析,指出了在确定网壳施工方案时应注意的一些问题

    Abstract:

    This paper introduces the construction technology of the 123-meter-diameter double-layer spherical mesh shell of Zhangzhou Houshi Power Plant, which is the largest spherical mesh shell project in China, and the project adopts the hanging construction plan of small assembling unit, and installs the giant spherical mesh shell project with simple construction equipment, and the construction method is technically feasible, easy to install and economically reasonable. This paper also carries out the whole process of tracking analysis of the change of construction internal force on the construction method, and points out some problems that should be paid attention to when determining the construction plan of the mesh shell.
