OVM anchoring system is the first anchoring system in China which adopts two pieces of quad type and 1860MPa low slack steel strand. This paper systematically introduces the basic properties, types of OVM anchoring system and its supporting multi-purpose YCW series tensioning jacks, and briefly introduces its application on the main cable of cable-stayed bridge (OVM-200 type cable anchor) and its combined application with other series anchors.
